How do u sleep?

What your sleeping position says about you ...

Foetus
Those who curl up in the foetus position are described as tough on the outside but sensitive at heart. They may be shy when they first meet somebody, but soon relax. This is the most common sleeping position, adopted by 41% of the 1,000 people who took part in the survey. More than twice as many women as men tend to adopt this position.

Log
Lying on your side with both arms down by your side. These sleepers are easy going, social people who like being part of the in-crowd, and who are trusting of strangers. However, they may be gullible.

Yearner
People who sleep on their side with both arms out in front are said to have an open nature, but can be suspicious, cynical. They are slow to make up their minds, but once they have taken a decision, they are unlikely ever to change it.

Soldier
Lying on your back with both arms pinned to your sides. People who sleep in this position are generally quiet and reserved. They don't like a fuss, but set themselves and others high standards.

Freefall
Lying on your front with your hands around the pillow, and your head turned to one side. Often gregarious and brash people, but can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath, and don't like criticism, or extreme situations.

Starfish
Lying on your back with both arms up around the pillow. These sleepers make good friends because they are always ready to listen to others, and offer help when needed. They generally don't like to be the centre of attention.

The effect of various sleeping positions on health. The freefall position was good for digestion, while the starfish and soldier positions were more likely to lead to snoring and a bad night's sleep.
Lying down flat means that stomach contents can more readily be worked back up into the mouth, while those who lie on their back may end up snoring and breathing less well during the night. Both these postures may not necessarily awaken the sleeper but could cause a less refreshing night's sleep.

My sleeping positions are usually "Foetus", "Yearner" and "Freefaller".

saw Desmond OR Edmund!! forgot his name.. He was the vice-chairman of COR.. lolx.. At Eastpoint, had lunch at Burger King.. tat where i met him.. i had lunch with my dad.
After tat, ANGKLUNG PERFORMANCE at East Coast Park. *blush*
before tat, make-up.. lolx.. (-_-)
so nervous.. hey hey, i'm not afraid to be on stage as i already used to it.. many times on stage..Esp during pri sch--> such as percussion band, speech, story-teller.. lolx.. BUT I'm so nervous.. is bcoz i dun know how to play.. there are 3 songs.. i only know how to play 1 song.. bloody hell hor? I just join cca.. then suddenly got performance.. where got so fast one!?! While playing 2 songs, i just stood there & smiled.. pretending to play.. hoo..
suprising.. my brother came & support me.. haha... He bought me chocolate.. I LOVE HIM!! HE TOTALLY ROCKz!
(luckily, i never ask alot of pple abt this performace.. & really luckily u all never come.. *pei seh pei seh* will "lose face".. lolx... oh crap... still got performance on Teacher's Day.. waa... Rose & Jo will be there.. waa... gonna hide from them.. make sure they can't see me.. *bleah* -scared & shy-)
the weather is hot man! *sweating* got make-up on my face somemore.. alamak..
After the performace, went to have dinner with my family.. hee... 'Different tastes cafe & resturant' is not bad.. it's nice! held at Frankel Ave..
( dun know why my mum & dad are crazy.. haha.. they were like "fighting". -_- )

long & tiring day...
woke up damn early man.. It's SATURDAY, u know.. suppose to wake up late late.. but this time, woke up at 6.40am.. Zzz...
Anyway, went to Fengshan Community Centre (FCC) at Bedok North for CIP--> Charity Fun Walk, not ask for donation.. only like 45mins to walk walk with quite alot of old folks & 1 sch..
guess wat? CIP supposed to be 6hrs.. but in the end, just for ONLY 2hrs.. lolx.. Phew! We were like fools just walking one big round. After tat, went back & sat down to rest.. after 2hrs, teachers released us.. -woohoo- FCC does not have the activties for us.. (-_-") so, we walked around to see see the dun know wat.. & the performance.

Yesterday after CIP, I saw a dog super cute!
So i went over to touch it, then weiling was scared of dog,so she stand pretty fay away from it.
After that, We left..
Walked pass a shop that sells FANS.
Then suddendly a FAN fall down, Weiling scream & pulled my t-shirt & accidently pinched me. -.- LOL.
Everyone was looking at her ok! Ohmygosh, can't stand it.
She thought the FAN was actually a DOG. -.-
HAHAHAHA! I can't stand it, Laugh non-stop!

woke up at 7.05am by my maid... Zzz..
suppose to wake up at 7.20am.. Thanks to my bag lah.. I never pack my bag.. bcoz nobody pack for me.. i should pack last night..
Next, wat did i do?? COLLAPSED on my bed again lor.. slp for 10 more mins.. lolx.. 7.15am, forced my body to get up.. or else i might be late. Not forgetting, Wei Sheng will sue me. (-_-)
Anyway, went CURL at MS.. it was fun! (^_^)
During dragonboating, row row the boat.. I'm not tired BUT my right arm was so dead.. oww.. u know hor.. the top of the paddle hit my head. oww... bcoz of that guy in front of me lah. (-_-)
Group 5 = Formula 1, came in 2nd.. Mwahahaha... tot we came in 3rd.
Dragon Boat timing was quite short.. wanna go dragon boating again.. bcoz i love to sit on the boat. hoho..
After tat, while waiting for dinner, we walked ard MS.. nowhere to go.. so, went to arcade.. Dinner was GREAT!

James brought a huge of tweety bird.. lolx.. I sat on tweety bird & lied on the bags, waiting for the firework.. *cool* Fireword is so so awesome!

after firework, went foodcourt to SIT.. FINALLY SIT!.. *phew* Finally, relax.. we had been standing for quite a long time, u know..

at 6.20am, it's time to wake up.. *yawn* (7.25am, sch bell rings..)

3 sec later, I COLLAPSE ON THE BED!! Zzz... gone back to sleep.. tot of skipping sch.. By then, at 8.10am, i woke up!! [erm... not shocked] took my sweet time to go sch.. & did maths hw last min.. wrote fast in confident bcoz it's easy.. 1 question only.. (no worry!)

reached at 9am.. then the sercuity guard (dun know how to spell) asked me to go office. -_- i tot i could run away from RTC. But he have been watching me till i entered the office.. Anyway, i need slip to give form teacher to show that i was late.. so tat she can mark my attendace. After tat, went RTC.. I laughed myself for no reason.. lolx... bcoz in Term 3, i was late for first time! (so, no worry lah!) No scolding from teacher.. Tat wat i thanked God for! Praise the Lord. *bleah*

After RTC, the nice discipline teacher, Mrs Chong, saw me & asked me..

I could hardly talk.. *still got flu & cough& When can it stop?!?
oww.. Have not seen Jolene--> her eyes, her mouth, her nose, her ears, her body, her laughter for ONE week, u know.. Today finally met Jolene. I miss her man! lolx..
Wendy & i had alot of things to chat in class.. haa.. bcoz i have not seen her for 6days..
Anyway, had 2.4km retain during PE lesson. forgot to bring my PE attire.. grrrs... so, have to run in full-uniform. grrs..
hoho... i finally PASSED.. 17:20 mins *phew* if i fail.. after 17:31 mins, I will definitely jump down to the sea & catch fishes madly lah..
Every round, Mr Poh went near to my face & told me the timings.. My face nearly bangs his face. ahiyo.. He knew i'm hearing impaired.. BUT must he go near me?!? I can hear with my hearing aids or lip-read wor.. ahiyo... tat scared me..
I panted heavily which Wendy heard me.. lolx.. My nose blocked.. can't breathe mah.. Under the hot sun, somemore. *wth*

Yesterday, got bad flu man..
Waaa... Grrs... I hate flu!
last sat night, it started..
supposed to help Wendy at flea market at 7.30am.. BUT i was overslept man.. did not feel the vibration.. *shit man*

Church as usual.. Pek Kuan made sushi for our spiritual family. mwahahaha.. Cool! tat hand-made sushi was not bad..

Dinner with my family, aunt & uncle at Roland Resturant (founder of chilli crab since 1956).. at Parkway.. Delicious!
In the end, my dad & uncle were like "fighting" as each of them wanted to pay for dinner bill.. My uncle won the "fighting" case & paid for the bill. lolx...

went tution on time.. *so punctual, Weiling* hoho.. i supposed to go SADeaf earlier like 2pm... to write the bio thingy on the table.. tat how i cheat for Biology test TODAY!! But it's too late.. so i wrote on the paper last min.. copy copy & "paste" "paste".. At the beginning of tution, CMY taught me Biology.. (find tat difficult words can spelt easily) Then hor, Cmy gtg.. Vanessa replaced her.. I began to understand slowly through them..
Bio test is exactly the same as CMY & Vanessa taught me.. hoho.. And also, wat i copied from the bio TB, was exactly the same to the test.. hee.. wanted to copy from my paper BUT Vanessa was just in FRONT of me.. so, i can't.. =( I managed to remember everything of wat CMY & Vanessa taught me.. BUT when test appeared in my eyes, suddenly my mind is somewhere else.. some can't remember.. damn it.. *worried*
I only can remember: 3 squares broke down to 2.. then 2 broke down to 1 square.. and 3 circles broke down to 2.. then 2 broke down to 1 circle. --> tat how CMY taught me.. i wanted to write like tat.. but cannot leh..

lolx... we were walking in a huge shopping centre at suntec.. quite alot of pple lah.. so he & i were chatting away.. then suddenly.....

A: Dun worry.. S'pore so small.. Follow me.. I'm the boss..

WL: Go on.. Lead me then. *pouts*
walked walked... still can't find them..
WL: We are going to New Zealand Ice-cream.. Go there! Maybe they are there..
A: O.K. *looking for that 3 girls*

I was like Wat The Hell.. He ah.. talked big... but in the end, could not find them & could not find the place..
Finally, saw 3 gals were behind us.. lolx.. Stupid Adrian!

Lesson learn: Dun talk big! Respect the small ones.. and lead the younger ones correctly.. mwahahaha.. Dun let me think u are professional Singaporean hor? lolx..

I supposed to rest at home.. slack at home.. but suddenly, Louis needed my accompany to go swimming with him. (-_-) I wanted to swim but NOT too far leh.. I can swim near my hse there.. but he ah.. alamak... so, went swimming at near redhill mrt.. Thanks God tat the weather is not soo hot.. but got sun lah.. lolx.. Swimming & chatting were great.. felt shiok.. After that, i supposed to go home.. but my mind said "LOS or Home?" bcoz Louis encouraged me to go, did not force me.. i got mixed feelings.. go or dun go?!? wanted to watch tv at 7pm and 9pm shows mah.. Smart ass Louis said got "http://www.mobtv.sg/". I was like Oh yea.. i forgot abt this..
In the end, decided to go LOS lor.. At abt 5.30pm, got so much time before LOS started.. so, we went Silent Club.. only like 3 of us.. we suddenly fell asleep.. wanted to slp on the sofa but the old man was sitting there.. (can't tell him "Go away".. bcoz tat sofa is not mine.. and also he sat down there first.. let him sit ba since he's so old. -i'm so nice hor?-) so, I lied down on the TWO low, huge & cute chairs while Louis collapsed on the table sitting on the chair. Zzz... hoho.. ~shiok~ Sleeping was peace & great. At ard 6pm, Pek Kuan woke me up. (-_-") I slept soo nice and yet she "disturbed" me..
Dinner was like "seafood" with Louis & Pek Kuan.. hoho.. had sweet & sour pork and dun know wat tat called- dun know wat Mee lah... wanted to drink Bubble Tea but here DON'T HAVE! soo sad.. drank Ice Lemon Tea lor..
LOS--> soo long never go there man.. LOS was GREAT! LOS ended quite early.. was like "so fast" man.. hoho..

HAPPY 42TH BIRTHDAY, SINGAPORE!!!
I'm so proud to be Singaporean! I'm so happy being a Singaporean.
Thanks Mummy for giving birth to me in Singapore in 1990.

Today is Thursday, 9 of Aug, which is a public holiday. People dun have to go sch. People dun have to work. I plan to go sentosa, forgetting abt holiday.. which means tat, there will be alot of pple over there.. alamak.. i should not recommended if i knew it was a public holiday.. i totally forgot abt it man..

anyway, Sentosa with my buddies was fun.. Weather is good = Cloudy then became Sunny! (-_-") hate sun! chatted, played soccer, played Dog & Bone, played Double Water Fight, played Monkey in the sea & even played with sands (body being stucked)..

At abt 5pm, not so many pple were showering bcoz Danny brought us to where little pple bathing.. hoho.. They waited for me outside long long.. lolx.. HEY.. i did not take my sweet time to shower hor.. it's just bcoz of the water. Lousy man..

After tat, we met other guys at HF mrt & off we went to Raffle Place.. Few of them wanted to go & watched firework at ndp. OH MY! It was damn crowded man.. waited quite long long for the firework to come.. Then i gave up waiting long long.. too crowded.. too hot.. suggested to go n makan RIGHT NOW! lolx.. All they said is "Anything". hee... But i told them "U all really want to watch firework ah?" 1 word to reply from them is "Anything". (-_-)

[anyway, those who are going for CURL, the dragonboat.. might get to watch firework.. i was told by vice-chairman.. i THINK SO lah.. (already said long ago) Those who are not involved, but want to watch us & the firework, i dun know leh.. will try to ask them ba.]

Wah seh.. damn hard to get out of tat crowded place.. lots of police.. filled with pple. Rose & i held hand together in order not to lose our way. ("-_-") We were like we were in JAIL.. could not find a way OUT.. walked walked, pushed pushed, sweat sweat..

Finally, at Hong Kong Cafe (HKC) which held at Marina Square, so relax & have air-com to clear our sweats.. had dinner.. woohoo... I begin to fell in love with HKC. the food was so fantastic.. (^_^)

after tat, walked walked around.. then hor, sat at the Toast bread shop.. lolx.. i had my milo.. Cooke & Moses had their toast breads, soft eggs & milk tea. oww..

(just imagine that at night time, we had our "breakfast".) lolx..

*yawn* woke up in the late morning.. had a great long sleep.. =) it's bcoz i pon sch = no lessons = sport day which held at Tampines Stadium. i bet it's boring.. tat was why i did not go lor..
(heard many of my classmates did not go.. uh oh.. do We die?? lolx.. let pray tat on monday, there will be no bad news.. no scoldings, pls.)
Anyway, at 8.30pm, Simei Deaf People met up = Weiling + Roseanne + Dennis.. lolx.. watched "Secret" at Tampines Mall. it's FANTASTIC!! MARVELOUS show!! romantic but sad endings.. =(

Today, suppose to go church but i somehow "pon" church service.. lolx.. Bcoz i dun like combined service mah.. "boring".. Karyin came to my hse.. haa... she also pon... At abt 3plus, we left hse & met Rose.. went Expo together. ah rose also pon..
(kyin & rose, hor hor..) lolx.. ate lunch & then played captain ball. Some of the boys joined us. Fun! =)
at ard 5pm, time to leave expo & go upper thomson for dinner with BelieversOne.. i suggested to take cab.. lolx.. lazy to take bus/mrt.. grabbed kyin, rose & priscilla. hoho.. kyin said far leh.. ex.. Rose gave me that face like this--> (-_-")
so i let them pay me $2 each only ba.. they then said "ok lor". (-_-) took new yellow cab.. haha.. i dun want old taxi.. hoho.. in the end, kyin got a "powerful" mouth, smart ass... let them pay me $1 each instead of $2 lor & pris paid me $2 (refusing to pay $1) while i paid the rest.. it was bcoz--> tat taxi driver rockz.. so nice of him.. bcoz he gave us discount. paid $10 instead of $14.20.. we had "hard" time seeking a place called Miss Clarity Cafe. anyway, had a great time chatting away in cab.
Dinner perfect! woohoo... I love it! had a slice of cake, soup, lime, water, a plate of Chicken Cordon Bleu (deep fried breaded chicken breast stuffed with ham & cheese, served with spicy alioli sauce)
damn full man.. that i cannot finish my chicken..

Yesterday, went Golden Mile to accompany Jolene to buy bus ticket to KL.. She will be going back alone on tues morning. *pray for her safely* after tat, Jo recommended to eat at Clare Quake. she said it was very nice.. so we went there but in the end, that shop is closed. at the counter, the indian staff "wisphered" to me that it was suppose to open by now.. but dun know why they closed..
idiot... they all ah.. Lazy bum bum lah... stupid... wasted our trip.. so went to eat at at food court.. new one.. hoho... ate japanese.. hee... then hor, went to buy drink from "StarButt" aka StarBucks..
[wah seh.. Jo showed angry face in front of waitress. Oh my! in the end, she didn't know abt that. (-_-") then she laughed.. -madness-]
We were late for tution.. *opps* bcoz of that stupid bus. waited so long.. So, Rose & i ought to stay back for 30mins since we late for "30mins". tat's Pat said. Haiz.. got Maths test (closed book) & Bio test (open book).. Maths test was easy.. got it all right.. As for Bio, it's suck! flipped flipped the pages.. "hard" time looking out for the answers.. (tot only chap 7.. but it's also included chap 6.. *wft*)
I took alot of time paying a great deal of attention to the bio paper which was killing me because I was trying my best not to COLLAPSE ON THE TABLE! Zzz...

sigh... think i'm gonna be dead on next sat.. Bio test (closed book).. Oh Jesus, save me!
I hate biology with passion. I dun absorb wat teacher teaches me! No one can make me love biology!
BUT... i got no choice.. Everyone got to study. I got to try falling in love with bio.

Anyway, went to vivo city to meet guys after tution.. shared nuggets & french fries with Rose for dinner.. lolx.. we dun feel like eating much.. *unknown reason*
After tat, Moses treated us ice-creams.. bcoz all of us helped him alot.. lolx.. Haagen-Dazs ROCKs!! had a great chat.. =) then hor, walked walked around.. wanted to buy sandals from newburan (dun know how to spell.. lolx) but got to wait for 20% from Danny & ask Dad for money pls.. lolx.. it costs $49. then given 20% off.. *calulate calulate* I still dun know how much after discount. lolx.. (bcoz my calulator is not beside me right now.)
then, went to play arcade.. woohoo... it was fun! (^_^) hee...
after that hor, went to eat snack take-away.. I didn't know Danny bought me a cup of corn as they all know that I love it. Thanks, Danny!

Under the hot day, played bball & badminton.. Fun! Challenging! Great time with Jolene & Roseanne!

wah seh.. played bball hor... Jo & Rose VS Ling! I'm alone seh.. of course, i got to used up all my power, my strength, my enegry. *roars* I bounced the ball left, right, left right, up, down, up, down.. tat made Rose confusion.. lolx.. She hates it.. i bounced like siao siao.. hoho..

then hor, while i was holding the ball happily.. & was ready to shoot the hoop.. but in the end, the ball fell off from my hands.. it's bcoz of tat idiot JOLENE LIM pushed me down, hard.. it's really bad! I fell down badly, of course.. She didn't know she pushed me hard. (-_-") I lied down on the floor panting away.. acting to be in a great pain tat i could not get up anymore. bcoz i wanted to fool rose & jo. I tot they would be shocked but the sound went "HAHAHA"... *wat the hell* They were laughing like hell.. and the 3 guys too.. who were sitting down & watching us playing.. They will get it from me.. big trouble for u two girls! *evil*

By then, they tried to help me to get up & i "could not". still fooling them till 1 of the guy came to me (who were watching us playing)..

Guy: Are you ok?

WL: Oh.. *quickly sit up* I'm ok. =)

Guy: There is a nearby hospital. Need us to bring u there?
